This weekend was a difficult weekend weather wise. We traveled offshore to fish for Mackerel and were into rough seas. Fishing was fun and challenging to pick up what we call striper candy with seas around 4-5 feet. After we got some live bait we went to the striped bass grounds and it was non stop double barrel action.

This is the time to fish for Boston Harbor’s premier fish the striped bass. This group here managed to get the job done in style with keepers for everyone and then some.

Tom has the pleasure of christening one of our brand new custom made fishing rods. We build all of our fishing rods. A custom fishing rod maximizes the feel and battle of the fish.
