Great action this weekend for striped bass. We started off the trip fishing for mackerel. We took the live mackerel and use them as bait to entice the big striped bass to come along and feast. We are starting to see consistent action for striped bass. This weekend we saw plenty of fish in the 29 to 33-34 inch range. It was a nice treat to get this fish measuring in at 43 inches and 29 pounds. Plan your trip ahead as we can dates are booking up quickly.
