Our midweek trip was excellent. We started fishing for mackerel. There was some nice big mackerel caught which makes good table fare. We used the live mackerel to fish for Striped Bass. We ended up with 7-10 fish, three of them keepers. We then finished up the trip with really nice door mat sized flounder. Plan a trip now before the choice dates are booked up.
